Even before we’d signed Anthony up, he was happy to provide ideas on where we could improve the presentation of the house and offered contacts to help us out.  During the sale process he kept us in the loop on opens, came up with a good sales strategy, stepped us through the process one decision at a time, could rationalize any of the recommendations he made and worked really with Christian.

When we were buying Anthony was also responsive and proactive in terms of keeping us in the loop of properties coming up that might have suited our needs.  We didn’t end up buying a house through Anthony but if we were buying or selling again, I’d be more than happy to get Anthony on board.
