Andrew Lonzi

ANDREW LONZI Company Director

As soon as Andrew Lonzi arrived in Australia from Italy in 1973 he knew his future was in Real Estate. He entered the industry immediately, quickly making his mark and within two years, he and his partner, Frank Dowling, opened their business.

Since it's conception, Frank Dowling Real Estate under Andrew's leadership, has gone from strength to strength to become one of the most successful and respected businesses in the area.

A long time resident of Essendon and Moonee Ponds, he has an in depth knowledge of the area, the community and market values.

Andrew's strong ethics, integrity and motivation has served him well, measured by the substantial proportion of current clients who are referred by previous clients.

After a hectic week, Andrew always manages a game of golf on Sunday or will head to the mountains for a spot of skiing in winter.

Andrew is a man who continues to look forward to the future.

With dedicated staff including his son and daughters the future looks bright.

Ken Davis

KEN DAVIS Company Director

After 4 years as a teacher at Strathmore High School, Ken decided it was time to pursue a different career. He then chose to try real estate. Ken's natural attitude was immediately evident so much so that within a year, he became a director of the company when Frank Dowling retired.

Twenty five years on, he has gone on to not only have run an extremely successful business but also to open another branch in Sunbury in 2004. Since moving there to live in 1989 Ken became very active in promoting and selling properties in this region and now along with a pool of sales people concentrates entirely on the area he loves.

Highly regarded by local's as totally committed to providing professional, personalised quality service that achieves the ultimate in results. As an auctioneer he has conducted over 2000 auctions in that time. Very much a 'hands on man', Ken insists on having direct contact with clients. They quickly become thoroughly at ease in the knowledge that he will be completely open with them. Ken remarks "Like a doctor you sometimes have to deliver bad news along with the good"

Intensely motivated and always a positive attitude, Ken and his team deliver the best possible service with a minimum of fuss.

Christian Lonzi

CHRISTIAN LONZISales

If someone were born for a certain occupation it would be Christian Lonzi to Real estate. With his likable nature and his drive for success you can rest assured there is no one better to sell your home.

Christian began his career in Real estate sales in 1998. Since then he is constantly trying to better himself in the industry by attending Real estate courses and seminars including the completion of his Certificate IV Real Estate License.

Christian brings a refreshing change to the Sales industry with his honesty and integrity which assures him repeat business and referrals and his service does not end just at sale but he holds his clients hands right to the end of transaction. But his biggest love is to achieve the top result for his Vendors and he will ensure this by creating the perfect marketing campaign and sale method for each individual property.

Born and bred in the area, he has extensive knowledge of the local market and develops an affinity with locals. Some of Christians other interests besides Property are Playing indoor footy, socialising with his mates, and getting up to the mountains for a ski in winter.

Jane Lonzi

JANE LONZIProperty Management / Sales

Real Estate has always been a part of Jane's life. With her father as a Director at Frank Dowling Real Estate, it is no surprise that she followed in his footsteps and chose Real Estate as her career.

Starting as a receptionist, Jane was eager to move forward and was given the opportunity to try Property Management. A difficult and demanding job, but with her drive and passion, Jane proved she had what it takes to succeed in whatever field she takes on. After a few years, and many long hours, hard work and determination she was able to achieve her goal by increasing the number of rental properties managed and continues to increase the rentals to this day.

Jane then set her sights on sales. With her personable and approachable nature as well as commitment to exceptional service, she has developed an impressive rapport with her clients.

Today Jane is involved in both the rental department and the sales department. Concentrating on looking after the Landlords and their properties and primarily appraising and listing properties for sale.

Paul Romania

PAUL ROMANIACommercial

Paul Romania started his career at the Moonee Ponds Junction with a very successful Real Estate Agent in 1980. Since then Paul has developed and managed both residential and commercial property portfolios and now brings his wealth of experience to lease and manage commercial properties for the Frank Dowling team.

Paul's attributes are that he is able to identify landlords and tenants needs and demands and can resolve any issues with a minimum of fuss. He enjoys lease negotiations and any challenges put before him.

When not at work Paul dedicates his time as a fireman with the CFA and enjoys quality time with his family in addition to time spent on his hobby farm.

Claire Lonzi

CLAIRE LONZIProperty Manager

The last member of the Lonzi family to join the Frank Dowling team took to it like a duck to water. After being brought up in family that lived and breathed real estate it is hardly surprising.

Starting as the office receptionist, Claire showed great competence and potential and was eager to advance in the business. As the rent roll grew it was clear that Claire was the ideal choice for a second Property Manager. With evidence such as an ever increasing rent roll and frequent complementary clientele, it was obvious that she was an asset to the business.

Claire's honesty, sincerity and integrity are easily noticed when meeting her and it is these admirable qualities that will make her succeed in Real Estate with a lot of repeat business and referrals. On a personal note some of Claire's passions are travelling which she has done extensively, catching up with friends and walking her dog.

Claire has completed her Advanced Certificate in Business (Real Estate). With Claire's professionalism and eagerness to impress you can be certain you will be looked after.

Aaron Mulkearns

AARON MULKEARNS

If it's a local wise agent you are looking for then Aaron Mulkearns is your man.

Growing up all his life with a Strathmore address and attending a local primary school. Not to mention the many other generations of his family that resided here before him and have built a well respected name in the area that Aaron carries with pride.

Aaron completed his VCE at St. Kevins College and then attended a Bachelor of Business Management at Victoria University. After successfully completing the first half of his course Aaron assessed the path in which he would like his career to take and decided that due to his interest in property and his desire to work with the public that Real Estate Sales was the ideal option.

With his great personality and drive for success the people at Frank Dowling Real Estate could see the potential in taking Aaron on as a Sales Cadet and embraced the opportunity. Since then Aaron has proven himself to be an asset to the Frank Dowling Team and was quickly promoted to a Sales Consultant's position.

In his Spare time Aaron loves playing Football, Surfing and in the winter months you can regularly find Aaron Snow Boarding on the slopes.

Vicky Heath

VICKY HEATH

My name is Vicki Heath. The two loves of my life are of course my family and my career, I will relate briefly to the former just a little later.

My career in Real Estate stretches back over nineteen years and I enjoy my work today with the same enthusiasm and passion as I always have except now I also have the vast knowledge and experience which only comes with the passage of time.

I bring a female perspective to real estate, one that understands the practicalities of running a home and the needs of families to be able to enjoy their living experience after purchasing.

I am acutely aware of the responsibility given to me by my vendors to act at all times in their interest and I continue to derive a great deal of satisfaction and pride in knowing I have had a significant positive influence in peoples lives whether they are buying or selling.

In my free time I relish the time spent with my husband Ken and three children, Jeff, Alisha and Zachary who are very supportive of my chosen career.

Tony Denyer

TONY DENYER

Australia, the land of opportunity, was the reason Tony left his beloved England in 1965 to persue a better life. And that he did, beginning a career in hospitality where he learned the importance of customer service.

After 15 years it was time for a change and Tony walked into the office of Frank Dowling Real Estate to seek new employment. The directors were quick to spot his potential and that he would be an asset to the company. The rest is history.

Tony was born to sell real estate, earning enormous respect for his honest, straight forward approach and total commitment to achieve top results.

Also a proficient auctioneer, Tony has conducted hundred of auctions and with his wealth of real estate knowledge and experience, people are completely at ease when placing their property in his capable hands.

In his free time, Tony loves to be at home in East Keilor with his wife Wendy and two children, Rebecca & Sarah. Time and work permitting, you'll find him relaxing on a fine Sunday afternoon reading a good book in his peaceful garden.

In the industry since 1987, Tony is as keen and enthusiastic about every transaction as the day he started. He is always ready to advise and share his expertise on all real estate matters - he's only a phone call away!

Wendy Ryan

Every successful real estate business relies on strong administration to be the 'backbone' of the company and at Frank Dowling Real Estate, Administration Manager, Wendy Ryan fills that role to perfection.

Fondly dubbed 'Mother Superior' the sales team depends highly on her exceptional administrative and supportive skills to ensure that all daily operations run smoothly.

With over 20 years experience, Wendy is considered 'legendary' due to her professionalism, dedication and hard work. She began her career at the early age of 17 as a receptionist also assisting in rental and sales. After taking a break for a year she was lured back into real estate and has devoted her years since to Frank Dowling Real Estate.

Wendy and her husband Robert, a long time member of the Northern Golf Club, have lived in Essendon since 1985 with their two children, Thomas and Billy who attend Niddrie Secondary College. Wendy loves being at home where she can enjoy the comforts of reading, gardening and spending time with her precious family. She also enjoys entertaining family and friends. Her elder son Thomas is a member of the Strathmore Football Club where Robert is also involved.
