Established in 1974, Frank Dowling Real Estate first began operation in Pascoe Vale Road, just a few doors away from Moonee Ponds Junction. In 1981 we relocated to our current prominent corner position within the North Essendon Shopping Centre.
With this outstanding main road exposure the agency is guaranteed many sales and rental inquiries from the passing public, giving Vendors and Landlords the satisfaction of knowing that their properties are receiving the maximum exposure whether being sold or being managed for rental purposes. The initial interest that our premises attracts is then followed by a more lasting impression - one of a team dedicated to personalised attention and service.
Since the very beginnings of our business we have sought to understand the needs of local residents. The director Andrew Lonzi co-founded our business. Andrew has invested over three decades in developing an in-depth knowledge of the local community and market values. He has taken that knowledge and used it to lead a confident, dedicated team. Central to this team are Andrew's three children Jane, Christian and Claire who have entered into what has truly become a family business.
Other key members of the Frank Dowling team are Ken Davis and Paul Romania. Ken heads the Sunbury branch of our business, and has done so since moving in there in 1989. Since then he has become very active in promoting and selling properties in this region. Ken overseas a pool of sales people who concentrate entirely on the Sunbury area, offering free market appraisals and sales service.
Paul Romania has built a long established career since 1980 in commercial sales and leasing. On the 1st January, 2005 he joined the Frank Dowling team and opened up a Frank Dowling Commercial Department.
